If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the damaged artwork
- Any relevant delivery or courier information
We will review the situation and guide you through the next steps in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
